From the first conversation to a product running smoothly — this is how your project runs with us, including how long each stage takes and what you receive at the end of it.
We sit down with your team to map the workflow you run today, the bottlenecks that come up most often, and the business goals behind them. This stage decides which features you genuinely need now and which are better left to a later phase.

From that map we put together a proposal with scope, timeline and cost broken down item by item. The project cost is locked as a fixed price against the agreed scope, with a per-manday option for ongoing additions. Payment terms are set out in the contract before any work begins.

Development runs in increments with a demo every week, so you watch the product take shape and can correct course early — not after everything is already built. A shared WhatsApp group with our team stays open for day-to-day questions throughout. Revisions are not capped as long as they stay within the agreed scope.

After launch we keep an eye on performance and stability. Bug fixes are covered free for the first two months after handover. Beyond that you can continue with a monthly maintenance contract, or call us in as needed when you want to develop further.

Cost depends on scope, and we can only give you an honest number after the Brainstorming stage. What we can promise: once the scope is agreed, the price is locked as a fixed price — it will not shift mid-project as long as the scope does not.

For a mid-sized web application, typically 3–5 months from brainstorming to launch. Simpler projects such as a company profile site usually take 2–4 weeks. The exact timeline is detailed in the Estimating stage.
Yes, and that is exactly what the Brainstorming stage is for. Come to us with the problem you want solved; turning it into a technical specification is our job.
No, as long as they stay within the agreed scope. Requests that expand the scope are discussed openly as additional work, together with their effect on timeline and cost.
